How will you decide who gets each abbreviated dialing code?
We will make a fair judgment based on numerous factors such as call volume. This is part of our application review process.

What are the costs?
There is a per connection change, which includes the first minute free. There is a fixed per minute charge there after.
We can offer substantial savings if you commit to high call volumes, as low as pennies per minute if you commit to a certain number of minutes per month.
Just fill out the credit app so our business development team can verify your information and get you started.

Don't abbreviated codes already exist (ex. American Idol, radio stations)?
Those are SMS shortcodes, used for text messaging. These codes are abbreviated dialing codes that connect a voice call.
Until recently abbreviated codes couldn't be used for dialing any public telephone numbers except for special services like 611 (customer support) and 411 (information).
