When customers are looking for who can get the job done, where to get a service or product, how much it’s going to cost, where do they go to get the answer? Usually the Internet or a phonebook, where they see your competition listed right along with you. With TinyDial™, the customers assume every service provider has an associated TinyDial™. For example, when they are looking for a hotel to stay at, they assume general service tags, like HOTEL or SLEEP, are available as well as branded tags, like RITZ or WESTIN. The customers first dial, without even confirming whether or not the number is registered. Why not? The call doesn’t cost them a cent more than any other call, and now they have the whole marketing world already programmed into their heads. Just imagine how useful this could be for a traveling businessman; every service is just a few digits away: HOTEL, TAXI, RENTAL, FOOD, DOCTOR, etc.

From a brand perspective, by acquiring a generic service tag like HOTEL, the brand can funnel all potential customers directly to their brand without competition from other companies. For every hotel ad in the newspaper, there is another for each of their competitors. The TinyDial™ Registry

Our registry service that lets you simply type in your 1- to 6-digit dialing code to see if it’s available. We will register it to your company and update our servers and database. Once registered, your TinyCode™ will be up and running in no time, and TinyDial™ calls will begin routing to your local store or call center.

TinyDial™ maintains the TinyCode™ database and the TinyCode™ registry service. The TinyDial™ service also facilitates Companies to register a lookup tag (e.g., HOTEL) for audio, visual based lookups and a URL tag (e.g., www.hotel.com) for lookups based on web address. TinyDial™ has partnerships with over 40 major carriers to seamlessly deliver TinyCode™ calls nationwide.

When a brand enters the TinyDial™ campaign management web portal, they can tailor how their calls are routed to segment their customer base in real-time. TinyDial™ receives calls from a Carrier partner and will SmartRoute™ to deliver the Brand message based on the follow segments:

TinyDial™ Process Flow

Customer responds to campaign by either dialing the Brand’s TinyCode™ or an alternate form of inbound channel connection (1). Once the TinyDial™ Campaign Manager identifies the entry through a particular code or form, it serves the corresponding campaign to the customer’s mobile phone (2) or redirects them to the Brand’s specified destination (3). Once the Brand connection is made, the system reports to the database that completes the reporting element for client interface.
